Cinnamoroll's Birthday Party to be held in Odaiba

Sanrio is hosting a limited-time event called “We Have to Go to Cinnamoroll’s Birthday Party!”

This event celebrates the birthday of Cinnamoroll, a character that has achieved remarkable popularity and secured the top position in the Sanrio Character Ranking Awards for five consecutive years.

The event will be held at Aqua Arena on the 3rd floor of Aqua City Odaiba, a popular entertainment and shopping complex.

The event, which is designed as a story-driven experience, allows participants to immerse themselves in a narrative centered around Cinnamoroll’s birthday, which falls on March 6th.

Attendees will embark on a journey to help Cinnamoroll reach his birthday party, encountering various challenges and mishaps along the way.

The event transforms these challenges into interactive experiences, creating a game-like atmosphere.

The event features three interactive “mishap experience spots” where participants can assist Cinnamoroll:

Waking Cinnamoroll from a nap by shaking him.
Helping Cinnamoroll fly against a strong spring wind.
Pulling Cinnamoroll out of a flower field after he falls.

Participants will be able to hear Cinnamoroll’s voice and interact with the character.

Additionally, a party booth and a large Cinnamoroll balloon, measuring approximately 4 meters in width, will be installed to provide opportunities for memorable photographs.

Participants will also receive an event-exclusive sticker as a commemorative item.

In conjunction with the birthday celebration, Sanrio has launched Cinnamoroll’s first stop-motion animation series, “Let’s Roll, Cinnamoroll!”

The 12 episodes series is being streamed on Sanrio’s official YouTube channel.

Let’s Roll, Cinnamoroll! Episode 1 is now available to watch on Youtube

Each episode presents a self-contained story, offering glimpses into the daily lives of Cinnamoroll and his friends in Sucre Town.

An English dubbed version of the animation will be made available on Sanrio’s official overseas YouTube channel, “Hello Kitty and Friends”, at a later date, expanding the series’ reach to an international audience.
