New LEGO ONE PIECE Animated Series to Stream on Netflix This September

Streaming giant Netflix has announced an exciting new collaboration between the iconic building block brand LEGO and the legendary anime franchise ONE PIECE.
The brand-new animated project titled LEGO ONE PIECE serves as a creative tie-in to the massively successful live-action drama.

This unique crossover animation translates the rich setting of the pirate adventure into a colorful environment built entirely out of plastic bricks.
The story is cleverly framed around the Straw Hat Pirates’ resident sniper Usopp, acting as a master builder.

He uses the toys to faithfully recreate the crew’s dangerous nautical journey for their newest crewmate, Tony Tony Chopper.
This fun narrative structure allows the short series to act as an entertaining recap of everything the live-action crew has experienced so far.

The quirky LEGO adaptation was officially revealed as part of a promotional campaign that included two other special announcements.
In the first announcement, Netflix officially set a date for the third season of the ONE PIECE live-action adaptation.

A global premiere has been set for 2027 and the new season is confirmed as being subtitled “THE BATTLE OF ALABASTA”.
Another update gave fans a fresh look at THE ONE PIECE, a completely new remake of the original ONE PIECE anime.

Produced by the acclaimed WIT Studio, in conjunction with Netflix and Toei, this ambitious project will re-animate the East Blue saga with updated character designs.

Fans will not have to wait long to see their favorite pirates transformed into charming toy figures.
The special LEGO ONE PIECE animated series will begin streaming exclusively worldwide on the Netflix platform starting on September 29.
