Pokémon’s Sweet New Bakery Collab Serves Up Pikachu Cakes and Eevee Cookies
Japanese confectionery chain Ginza Cozy Corner has announced a brand-new collaboration featuring famous pocket monsters from the Pokémon franchise.
A delicious assortment of Pokémon-themed petit cakes and baked goods will arrive in stores just in time for the Golden Week holidays.
Pokémon follows the adventures of trainers who catch and battle unique creatures in their quest to become champions.
This new confectionery lineup aims to bring families together during the spring holidays with treats themed around beloved characters like Pikachu, Eevee, and Charizard.
5 different menu items will be available, ranging from cake to box sets and tins that are perfect for gifting:

- Price: 3,564 yen (approx. $23.70 USD / £18.80 GBP)
This petit cake assortment features treats inspired by Psyduck, Jigglypuff, Eevee, Ditto, Pikachu, Piplup, Bulbasaur, Gengar, and Charizard.
The cake set comes with a special “Pokémon Cake Encyclopedia” leaflet that details the unique flavors of each character cake.

This individual portion features a fluffy sponge cake layered with whipped cream and caramel sauce, topped with pudding-flavored cream.

The fresh cake items will be available starting on Friday, April 10, 2026, and will remain on sale through Thursday, May 7, 2026.
The boxed baked goods will also launch on April 10, but will remain on shelves slightly longer until mid-May 2026.

Fans can reserve the new Pokémon-themed treats online until Saturday, May 2, 2026, or place orders directly at participating Ginza Cozy Corner store locations across Japan.
