Event Overview
A short train ride from Hiroshima station brings you to Yokogawa, a destination that offers an enjoyable visit, particularly during its yearly “Fushigi-Ichi” festival.
During this festival, a wide mix of individuals, including elderly residents, children, costumed anime characters, and individuals dressed as mascots mingle along the main street.
On this particular day, the main thoroughfares of Yokogawa are temporarily closed to vehicular traffic, allowing local stores to set up temporary stalls along the roadside.
These stalls offer a variety of goods and festival-style foods, which visitors can purchase and enjoy.
