The GUNDAM SIDE-F exclusive "Chogokin RX-93ff ν Gundam" is being re-released

A re-release has been announced for the popular and highly sought-after “Chogokin RX-93ff ν Gundam” die-cast figure from Bandai Spirits.

The new production run of the exclusive item, which was originally released in 2022, offers fans another opportunity to acquire the high-end collectible.

“Chogokin,” which translates to “Super Alloy,” is one of Japan’s most historic and prestigious toy brands, famous for its high-end, collectible figures that feature a significant amount of die-cast metal.

This figure is a detailed recreation of the “RX-93ff ν Gundam,” which is the version of the iconic mobile suit that is depicted in the life-sized, 1:1 scale statue that stands outside the “GUNDAM SIDE-F” flagship store in Fukuoka, Japan.

The premium, pre-painted, and finished figure stands at approximately 20 centimeters tall and features a high proportion of die-cast metal parts, giving it a satisfying sense of weight.

It also has a built-in light-up gimmick in its head and chest.

The figure’s most distinctive feature is its “Long-Range Fin Funnel,” which is a unique weapon that is exclusive to this version of the mobile suit.

The funnel is highly articulated and can be displayed in a variety of different configurations, including being attached to the figure’s arm.

The figure also comes with a comprehensive set of other accessories, including a beam rifle, a new hyper bazooka, a shield, beam sabers, and a dedicated display stand.

The “Chogokin RX-93ff ν Gundam” is an exclusive item that is only sold at the official “GUNDAM SIDE-F” store and it is priced at ¥33,000 (approx. $224 USD/£165 GBP).
