Hunter x Hunter Officially Returns to Greed Island for Exclusive New Merch Collection

A new HUNTER×HUNTER pop-up store is set to launch this October, offering exclusive merchandise featuring special artwork created by animation studio MADHOUSE based on the Greed Island arc.
The “Greed Island Archives” event will tour eight locations across Japan through March 2027, with the collection also drawing on original animation artwork and scenes from the TV anime.

HUNTER×HUNTER is based on Yoshihiro Togashi’s manga, following Gon Freecss as he becomes a Hunter and searches for his father Ging alongside characters including Killua, Kurapika and Leorio.

The Greed Island arc sees Gon and Killua enter a rare video game created for Hunters, where players physically enter its world and must collect designated cards to complete the game, with Biscuit Krueger becoming an important part of their training and journey.
For the new event, MADHOUSE has produced six newly illustrated character designs alongside a separate nine-character chibi lineup, giving the merchandise collection original artwork created specifically for the pop-up.

Available goods will include acrylic stands, badges, holographic cards, acrylic charms and other collectibles using the new illustrations, alongside products based on animation drawings and memorable scenes from the Greed Island arc.

The wider 19-item collection also makes direct use of Greed Island’s in-universe card system through acrylic cards and a dedicated card holder, while other highlights include framed artwork, replica animation drawing sheets and a T-shirt featuring Gon, Killua and Hisoka.

Visitors spending at least ¥2,000 on merchandise will receive one randomly selected original animation artwork card from four designs, with a maximum of one bonus distributed per transaction while supplies last.

Fans unable to visit one of the physical stores will have a later opportunity to order the collection through MeeToMa, with online reservations scheduled from March 16 through April 18, 2027 and the same purchase bonus also planned for qualifying orders.
The “HUNTER×HUNTER POP UP STORE Greed Island Archives” tour will begin at Shinjuku Marui Annex from October 9 through October 25, 2026 before moving to Hakata Marui from November 14 through November 29.

Further stops are planned at Okayama Icotto Nicotto from December 4 through December 13 and Kanazawa Hyakubangai Rinto from January 5 through January 11, 2027.
The tour will then continue to Namba Marui from January 15 through January 31, Morela Gifu from February 5 through February 14 and Sapporo Factory from February 20 through February 28.
The final physical stop will be S-PAL Sendai from March 6 through March 14, 2027, bringing the eight-location Greed Island Archives tour to an end shortly before online orders open.
