Hatsune Miku’s Official Puzzle Adventure Game Gets New Deluxe Release for PlayStation and PC

Hatsune Miku’s colorful official puzzle game is heading to PlayStation consoles and PC, giving fans a new way to enjoy the virtual singer’s egg-matching adventure alongside its additional content.
“Hatsune Miku Connecting Puzzle TAMAGOTORI Deluxe” combines the original Nintendo Switch game from 2022 with both of its previously released paid DLC packs, expanding the title to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC through Steam.

Developed by Crypton Future Media and published by KOMODO, the game takes a different approach from Hatsune Miku’s rhythm-based adventures, instead focusing on a relaxing puzzle experience featuring Miku and her fellow Piapro Characters.

Players must connect eggs featuring matching patterns by drawing a line between them, with each connection limited to no more than two turns.

Successfully matching a pair removes both eggs from the board, with the objective being to clear every egg and complete each stage.

As players progress through the puzzles, they’ll gradually reveal special illustrations created exclusively for the game by popular artists.

Each completed puzzle uncovers another panel of a larger image, eventually unlocking the entire illustration once all of its pieces have been revealed.

The game also includes a separate bird-collecting activity called “Bird’s Square”, where players can attract small birds resembling Hatsune Miku and the other Piapro Characters.

Berries obtained during puzzle stages encourage new birds to visit the area, with each arrival automatically registered in a gallery that players can work towards completing.

Music also plays an important role, with five original songs created specifically for the game and selected through a public songwriting contest held on Crypton’s Piapro creative platform.

These tracks accompany the puzzle gameplay, allowing players to enjoy new Hatsune Miku music as they work through the stages and complete their illustration collections.

The new release follows Crypton and KOMODO’s work on “Hatsune Miku Logic Paint S+”, another official puzzle game that launched across major consoles and PC in July 2025.

That title offers a different style of gameplay based on nonogram puzzles, challenging players to uncover hidden illustrations using numbered clues across grids of varying sizes.

Crypton has continued expanding the game since launch, including a SNOW MIKU-themed update earlier this year that introduced additional puzzles, outfits, and room decorations inspired by the singer’s winter-themed counterpart.

“Hatsune Miku Connecting Puzzle TAMAGOTORI Deluxe” is officially scheduled for release on October 29, 2026, for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and PC through Steam, priced at $14.99 in the US and ¥1,980 in Japan, though it may arrive a day earlier in some regions due to time differences.
The game supports English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese, with listings already live on the PlayStation Store and Steam, where players can add it to their wishlists ahead of launch.
