Square Enix Announces Massive 5-Disc Soundtrack Plus for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth
Square Enix has announced the upcoming release of a comprehensive new musical collection for the second entry in its acclaimed remake trilogy.
The Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Original Soundtrack Plus is set to launch this spring, offering fans a deep dive into the background music that defines the game’s expansive world.
Spanning an impressive five CDs, this collection is designed to be the ultimate companion piece for audiophiles who have already purchased the standard releases.
It compiles in-game background music that was not included on the previously released “Original Soundtrack”, the “Original Soundtrack Special Edit Version”, or the “Gold Saucer and Mini Game Disc”, ensuring that every melodic variation and atmospheric track from the game is preserved.
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth continues the reimagining of the 1997 classic, following Cloud Strife and his companions as they leave the dystopian city of Midgar and venture into the wider world of Gaia.
