One Piece’s NYCC Exclusive Luffy Figure Gets Official US Online Release
Image by James RichardsonAn exclusive figure of One Piece’s Monkey D. Luffy is now available for online pre-order in the US, following its debut at New York Comic Con 2026.
The “S.H.Figuarts MONKEY.D.LUFFY -THE RAID ON ONIGASHIMA- -Exclusive Edition-” was created to commemorate this year’s convention, featuring special coloring, a removable cape and new accessories inspired by Luffy’s battles during the Wano Country Arc.

One Piece began serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump in 1997 and follows Monkey D. Luffy as he travels across the Grand Line with his Straw Hat Pirates in search of the legendary treasure left behind by Gol D. Roger.

The Wano Country Arc sees Luffy and his allies join forces with the country’s samurai to overthrow Kaido and the Beasts Pirates, culminating in an enormous assault on their stronghold at Onigashima.

During the raid, Luffy wears a dark cape over his familiar red outfit as he prepares to confront Kaido, eventually engaging the powerful Emperor in a series of battles atop Onigashima’s Skull Dome.

Bandai first released an S.H.Figuarts figure based on Luffy’s Onigashima appearance in August 2023, with the new exclusive edition revisiting that design through updated coloring and additional accessories.

One of the main features is the included cape, allowing collectors to display Luffy as he appeared during the Straw Hat Pirates’ assault on Onigashima.

The release also includes interchangeable arm parts coated in Armament Haki, featuring the blackened appearance associated with Luffy’s use of the powerful combat technique.

Three interchangeable facial expressions, including newly sculpted designs, are provided alongside replacement hands and a complete set of interchangeable hair parts, offering a variety of options for depicting different moments from his battles.

Standing approximately 14.5 cm tall, the commemorative edition adds several new display possibilities to Bandai’s original Onigashima Luffy figure.

Luffy’s appearance during the raid has already inspired several other major collectibles, including a dedicated Kon-Gou-Ji-Zou figure released as part of Bandai’s “One Piece Monkey D. Luffy: Memories of Adventure and the Route to the Future” Ichiban Kuji collection earlier this year.

The same storyline also recently received an enormous new premium statue from JIMEI PALACE depicting Roronoa Zoro’s climactic battle against King during the assault on Onigashima.

The Luffy exclusive is also receiving its online release alongside another major New York Comic Con 2026 collectible, with Dragon Ball GT’s “S.H.Figuarts SUPER SAIYAN 4 SON GOKU -Exclusive Edition-“ now available for US pre-order after its convention debut.

That figure features special pearlescent coloring inspired by Goku’s energy aura, newly sculpted crossed-arm parts and a 10x Kamehameha effect accessory.

These exclusive online releases also coincide with Premium Bandai Week 2026, a separate promotional event featuring limited-time restocks of exclusive Gunpla kits, figures and other collectibles.
Image by Charlotte DavisRunning until October 13 at 11:59 PM EDT, the promotion temporarily reduces the usual free-shipping threshold from $100 to $50 for eligible orders placed by registered Premium Bandai US members using the no-signature-required shipping option.

Pre-orders for the “S.H.Figuarts MONKEY.D.LUFFY -THE RAID ON ONIGASHIMA- -Exclusive Edition-” officially opened through Premium Bandai US on October 11, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT, priced at $70 with shipping scheduled for December 2026.
