Round1 to release exclusive Demon Slayer x CRAFTHOLIC prize figures

A new line of exclusive prize figures has been announced, which will be a four-way collaboration between the amusement facility chain Round1, the popular anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, the lifestyle brand CRAFTHOLIC and the figure manufacturer FuRyu.
CRAFTHOLIC is a popular brand known for its signature character designs, which feature soft, huggable animal shaped plushies with very long limbs and a simple, calming aesthetic.

This new collaboration has seen FuRyu create “Noodle Stopper” figures that combine elements of the Demon Slayer series with CRAFTHOLIC’s iconic designs.

“Noodle Stopper” figures are a popular category of collectible prize figures in Japan, primarily available through crane games and other arcade machines.
They are designed with a specific, practical function in mind: their size and weight are perfectly engineered to sit on top of a cup of instant noodles, holding the paper lid down while the contents cook.
Due to the poses required to perform this function, Noodle Stopper figures are also perfect for displaying on the edge of desks or shelves.
The Demon Slayer x CRAFTHOLIC figures will be available exclusively as prizes in the crane game machines at Round1 locations across Japan.
The collection will feature four different characters, with a new figure being released each month for four consecutive months.

Each character will be hugging one of CRAFTHOLIC’s plushies, with the plushies bearing a pattern that relates to the character.
The full release schedule and lineup are as follows:
- Tanjiro Kamado: Scheduled for release in September

- Nezuko Kamado: Scheduled for release in October

- Tengen Uzui: Scheduled for release in November

- Mitsuri Kanroji: Scheduled for release in December

This collaboration offers a unique and gentle reinterpretation of the action-oriented characters from the popular series.
Further details regarding the specific release date of each figure are expected to be revealed by Round1 in due course.
