Psyren Anime Confirms October 2026 Release Window

A new teaser visual for the upcoming television anime adaptation of PSYREN was released on March 28, 2026, confirming the series will premiere in Japan in October 2026.
The production team announced that the anime will adapt the entirety of Toshiaki Iwashiro’s original manga through to its final conclusion.

Rikuya Yasuda leads the cast as protagonist Ageha Yoshina alongside Mayuko Kazama as Sakurako Amamiya.
Additional cast members include Shunsuke Takeuchi as Hiryu Asaga, Soma Saito as Oboro Mochizuki, and Yukihiro Nozuyama as Kabuto Kirisaki.
Katsumi Ono is directing the project at animation studio SATELIGHT with Shin Yoshida handling series composition.

The musical score is being composed by a collaborative team consisting of Takashi Ohmama, Tatsuhiko Saiki, and Shu Kanematsu.
Akira Okuma is providing the character designs for the adaptation.
The original manga was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump from December 2007 to November 2010 and consists of 16 collected volumes.

The story follows high school student Ageha Yoshina as he is drawn into a dangerous game involving mysterious disappearances and a secret organization known as Psyren.
This announcement follows previous updates from January 23, 2026, when the supporting cast members were first unveiled to the public.
