Jujutsu Kaisen Celebrates Anime’s 5th Anniversary with Major Haneda Airport Collaboration

A special collaboration event has been announced to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Jujutsu Kaisen anime, with activities set to take place at Haneda Airport Garden, the large commercial complex directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3.

The limited-time event will run from July 3, 2026, through August 2, 2026, transforming the venue with themed attractions, exclusive merchandise, food offerings, and interactive displays inspired by the series.

Created by Gege Akutami, Jujutsu Kaisen was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump between March 2018 and September 2025 and follows the conflict between curses born from negative human emotions and the sorcerers who battle them using supernatural techniques.

The manga became a worldwide phenomenon, surpassing 150 million copies in circulation across physical and digital formats combined.

The television anime debuted in October 2020 and continued to expand its story with the broadcast of its highly anticipated third season, Culling Game Part 1, beginning on January 8, 2026.

That storyline focused on the deadly Culling Game orchestrated by the infamous sorcerer Kenjaku, drawing participants into a brutal battle for survival.

For the anniversary event, newly illustrated artwork has been produced around an airport travel theme.

Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, Satoru Gojo, and Kento Nanami are depicted as airline pilots in artwork created exclusively for the collaboration.

A temporary pop-up store will offer a wide variety of merchandise featuring the new illustrations.

Items available to visitors will include collectible products such as trading badges, acrylic stands, and holographic clear cards, alongside travel-themed accessories including luggage tags and carry-on bags.

Customers who spend 3,000 yen including tax at the venue or through the associated online store will receive one random craft sticker as a bonus gift.

The promotion includes ten possible sticker designs, with two versions available for each of the five featured characters.

A dedicated food truck will serve exclusive collaboration beverages accompanied by collectible bonuses.

The drink lineup will feature character-inspired colored beverages as well as printed latte drinks featuring character artwork.

Each drink purchase will include one randomly distributed square coaster selected from a set of five designs.

Participating stores throughout Haneda Airport Garden will also host a special shopping campaign.

Visitors who spend 2,000 yen including tax at eligible locations will receive one random clear bookmark featuring Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, Gojo, or Nanami.

Restaurants within the complex will offer an extensive selection of limited-edition collaboration menu items.

The themed food and drink offerings will include sweets, beverages, meat-based dishes, ramen, and other menu items inspired by characters from the series.

Customers ordering collaboration menu items will also receive random square coasters as promotional gifts.

With the exception of those distributed at Senkyo no Yu’s dining area, the coaster lineup will feature cute chibi-style artwork and include additional characters such as Tokyo Jujutsu High second-year students, Suguru Geto, Ryomen Sukuna, and Choso.

Special photo opportunities will be installed throughout Haneda Airport Garden during the event period.

These attractions will include digital signage displays and life-size character standees designed to give visitors memorable photo opportunities with Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, Gojo, and Nanami.

Another exclusive offering will be a bathing facility admission package for Izumi Tenku no Yu Haneda Airport.

The package includes a locker key-style keychain featuring six interchangeable acrylic parts and is available only through this collaboration.

The bathing ticket package is priced at 6,780 yen (approx. $47 USD/ £35 GBP) and will be available during the event period.

Combining exclusive artwork, themed shopping, collectible bonuses, collaboration dining experiences, and interactive attractions, the event aims to immerse visitors in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen while overlooking the skies beyond Haneda Airport’s runways.
