Bandai Reveals Full July 2026 Gunpla Release Schedule
Bandai has unveiled its complete Gunpla release schedule for July 2026, featuring a new High Grade retail release alongside several Premium Bandai exclusives spanning both Gundam SEED Destiny and the Apex Legends x Gundam collaboration.
Leading the month’s general retail lineup is the HG 1/144 Gouf Ignited (Heine Westenfluss Custom), priced at ¥2,860 (approx. $19 USD / £14 GBP), bringing the distinctive orange mobile suit from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny into the High Grade Cosmic Era series.
The model kit incorporates Bandai’s SEED Action System, allowing builders to recreate a wide range of dynamic poses inspired by the anime.
Its signature sword can be stored and extended without requiring interchangeable parts, while the Slayer Whip includes both extended and curved versions with the weapon’s heated state recreated through molded colors.
The backpack connects using a standard 3 mm single-axis joint, making it compatible with other Gunpla that use the same connection system.
A dedicated open right hand is also included, allowing the Gouf Ignited’s Gatling firing pose to be recreated.
Accessories include a beam sword, Slayer Whip, shield, interchangeable hand parts, and a sheet of marking stickers.
Fans who have pre-ordered a number of Premium Bandai exclusives can also expect them to be released and shipped throughout the month.
The RG 1/144 Force Impulse Gundam Deactive Mode, priced at ¥3,300 (approx. $22 USD / £17 GBP), recreates the mobile suit’s powered-down color scheme using specially molded parts.
The kit preserves the Real Grade line’s signature mechanical detailing while incorporating the Advanced MS Joint system that faithfully recreates the Force Impulse Gundam’s transformation and combination mechanisms.
Builders can separate and combine the Core Splendor, Chest Flyer, Leg Flyer and Force Silhouette to recreate the completed mobile suit, while enhanced articulation allows for an extensive range of action poses.
Additional engineering includes a swinging waist, independently rotating shoulder armor and forearm rotation separate from the elbows to improve flexibility.
Included equipment consists of the high-energy beam rifle, shield, two Vajra beam sabers, two Folding Razor anti-armor knives, a Silhouette Flyer, Core Splendor parts, interchangeable hands, realistic decals, and a Shin Asuka pilot figure.
July will also see the release of 3 Premium Bandai exclusive Real Grade kits that are part of the Gundam x Legends collaboration, each reimagining an iconic Gundam to match one of the game’s popular Legends.
The RG 1/144 Wing Gundam Zero EW – Apex Legends Valkyrie Ver. is priced at ¥4,400 (approx. $30 USD / £22 GBP) and recreates Valkyrie’s appearance through a special color scheme.
It comes complete with exclusive Apex Legends marking stickers and the mobile suit’s signature Twin Buster Rifle and beam sabers.
The RG 1/144 Gundam Epyon – Apex Legends Alter Ver. is priced at ¥5,500 (approx. $37 USD / £28 GBP) and features Alter-inspired colors, together with accessories including the beam sword, Heat Rod and shield.
The RG 1/144 Freedom Gundam – Apex Legends Crypto Ver. is priced at ¥4,400 (approx. $30 USD / £22 GBP) and adapts the Freedom Gundam with Crypto-inspired colors, again complete with Apex Legends decals and equipment including its beam rifle, beam sabers and shield.
Each Apex Legends collaboration kit combines the signature appearance of its featured Legend with the intricate mechanical detailing and articulation expected from the Real Grade line.
The HG 1/144 Gouf Ignited (Heine Westenfluss Custom) is scheduled for general retail release on July 11, 2026, while the RG 1/144 Force Impulse Gundam Deactive Mode and all three Apex Legends collaboration kits are scheduled to ship to fans who ordered the Premium Bandai exclusives during July 2026.
