Orders Open for Gundam x Apex Legends Gunpla Kits
Bandai Hobby has announced the start of orders for a range of Gunpla kits based on the recent Gundam x Apex Legends collaboration event.
The Gundam x Apex Legends Gunpla line features three different model kits inspired by the crossover between the hit video game and the iconic mecha franchise.
Apex Legends is a massively successful free-to-play battle royale game where squads of heroes compete for glory and wealth on the fringes of the Frontier.
Players choose from a diverse roster of Legends, each possessing unique tactical abilities, to outlast competing teams in intense arena skirmishes.
Mobile Suit Gundam is a global phenomenon famous for revolutionizing the real robot genre and spawning a massive hobbyist community dedicated to building plastic models.
Building Gunpla allows fans to recreate their favorite mobile suits by snapping together precision-molded plastic pieces without the need for glue.
The Real Grade, or RG, line of model kits is known amongst fans for its incredible level of detail, complex inner frames, and extensive articulation at a 1/144 scale.
Each of the new model kits features a specialized color scheme based on specific characters from the battle royale roster.
Builders will receive an exclusive sheet of original Apex Legends marking stickers to further customize their machines.
The boxes will also feature a striking full-color package design to celebrate the unique crossover.

This model features a striking white, yellow-green, and black color palette to match the surveillance expert Legend.
- RG 1/144 Wing Gundam Zero EW – APEX LEGENDS Valkyrie Ver.
- Price: 4,400 yen (approx. £23 GBP / $29 USD).
This variant utilizes a bold black and orange color scheme inspired by the winged aviator character.
- RG 1/144 Gundam Epyon – APEX LEGENDS Alter Ver.
- Price: 5,500 yen (approx. £29 GBP / $36 USD).
This powerful machine is colored primarily in light blue and black, with highlights of pink, to represent the void-manipulating combatant.
Pre-orders for the three models will open on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 12:00 PM JST in Japan and on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 8:00 PM PDT for fans in the USA.
Sales are being handled exclusively through the official Premium Bandai online store both in Japan and the USA.
Shipping is currently scheduled for July 2026 and production quantities are strictly limited, with reservations set to close as soon as the available stock is depleted.
