New Dragon Quest Adventure Log Figures Prepare for Release
An exciting new line of collectible figures based on the legendary role-playing franchise Dragon Quest is set to be released by Square Enix.
The new “Dragon Quest Adventure Log Collection Subjugated Monster” figure series provides fans with a unique way to display their favorite magical beasts.
The Dragon Quest series first enchanted players with its highly accessible approach to role-playing mechanics back in May 1986.
Designed by creator Yuji Horii, the groundbreaking adventure invited gamers to explore a vast kingdom, recruit memorable allies, and vanquish foul monsters.
Featuring instantly recognizable character designs by the late Akira Toriyama, the title quickly became a cultural touchstone in Japan.
Over the past forty years, the epic saga has generated countless numbered sequels and sprawling spin-offs that have captivated millions worldwide.
This latest line of figures recreates several famous monsters springing to life directly from the pages of an in-game Adventure Log.
Each sculpted figure features a highly dynamic pose, making it look as though the enemy is launching a surprise attack right out of the book.
The left page of the sculpted log includes detailed text and explanations about the specific monster, adding a layer of authenticity to the display piece.
The compact design makes it incredibly easy to showcase the characters on any desk or shelf.
Fans can try their luck collecting all six different character variations in the series.
The complete lineup includes the following monsters:
- Slime
- King Slime
- Slime Knight
- Baby Satan/Imp
- Great Sabrecat
- Dragonlord
These figures can be bought separately as a single blind box for 2,200 yen (approx. £11 GBP / $14 USD), or as a 6-piece box set for 13,200 yen (approx. £69 GBP / $87 USD).
It should be noted that purchasing a full 6-piece box does not guarantee a complete set of all six character variations.
Online pre-orders for the figures are currently open and reservations are being accepted through the official Square Enix e-STORE platform.
The figures are officially scheduled to launch in hobby goods stores on Saturday, March 28, 2026.
Shipping for customers who purchase the figures online should also commence on the same date.
