hololive’s Ayame, Subaru, Flare and Noel Become RPG Heroes for Huge New Official Merch Collection

Bandai is sending four hololive talents on a fantasy adventure for its next Ichiban Kuji, reimagining Nakiri Ayame, Oozora Subaru, Shiranui Flare and Shirogane Noel as classic RPG party members with completely new costumes.
Ichiban Kuji Hololive –RPG Style– gives each VTuber her own fantasy role, turning Ayame into a swordswoman, Subaru into a martial artist, Flare into a mage and Noel into a cleric across a collection led by four newly sculpted figures.

hololive is one of the world’s largest VTuber groups, with its talents combining livestreaming, gaming, music and live performances while building individual characters and fan communities that extend far beyond their original YouTube channels.

Ayame and Subaru belong to hololive’s second Japanese generation, while Flare and Noel debuted as members of its third generation, making the new lottery a crossover between four long-running talents who rarely share a single merchandise theme this elaborate.

The RPG concept begins with four newly drawn character illustrations that replace their usual outfits with original fantasy costumes before carrying those designs across the figures and supporting merchandise.

Nakiri Ayame’s approximately 18 cm figure presents her as the party’s swordswoman, translating the layered costume and weapon-focused appearance of her new illustration into a full three-dimensional sculpt.

Oozora Subaru also stands approximately 18 cm tall, swapping her familiar energetic styling for a martial artist outfit built around the RPG theme while retaining her expressive personality.

Shiranui Flare’s approximately 17 cm figure casts the half-elf VTuber as a mage, with the sculpt recreating even the smallest costume details created specifically her fantasy makeover.

Shirogane Noel receives the tallest of the four main prizes at approximately 19 cm, presenting the knight-themed hololive member in the very different role of a cleric for the new collection.

Each talent also receives her own B5 acrylic visual board featuring the original RPG artwork, with Ayame illustrated by Kai Sake, Subaru by Nardack, Flare by Gito Koruta and Noel by Nemuri Nemu.

Two selectable mugs continue the fantasy theme, with one using pixel-art versions of the characters and the other featuring newly drawn artwork created by Kurage/OZ.

The “Chokonokko Figure” prize shrinks all four talents into super-deformed mini figures, although for this prize the character received is randomly selected.

Eight two-piece pin badge sets use different versions of the newly created illustrations, while another eight prizes turn the artwork into shimmering aurora-finish acrylic stands.

The rubber charm selection includes eight designs split between chibi character artwork and pixel-art versions of Ayame, Subaru, Flare and Noel, with customers able to choose their preferred design.

Another eight selectable acrylic stands take the retro game approach even further, showing each talent through front-facing and side-profile pixel artwork on thick acrylic pieces that can stand without separate bases.

The Last One Prize, awarded to the person who purchases the final remaining lottery ticket at a participating location, is an A4 acrylic visual board showing all four talents together in new artwork by Kurage/OZ.

A separate Double Chance campaign will also give 50 winners a complete four-piece set of the Chokonokko figures, providing another route to obtaining the prizes for fans who don’t win them as part of the main draw.

Each “Ichiban Kuji Hololive –RPG Style–” entry costs ¥850 (approx. $5 USD / £4 GBP), with physical sales beginning through participating Lawson and Ministop convenience stores, bookstores, hobby stores and official Ichiban Kuji shops across Japan on September 5, 2026.
This is then followed by Ichiban Kuji ONLINE sales from 5:00 PM JST on September 7, with prizes available while stocks last.
The Double Chance campaign will remain open through the end of December 2026, giving players several months to enter for the complete Chokonokko figure set after the main lottery begins.
