Final Fantasy VII Teams Up With Asahi to Open Real-World Seventh Heaven Bar

Japanese beverage giant Asahi has announced a new collaboration with Square Enix that will see a new Final Fantasy VII Rebirth themed bar open for a limited time.
The collab will see the game’s iconic Seventh Heaven tavern temporarily recreated in the real world under the new name of “Lemon’s Heaven,” in a promotional tie-in to Asahi’s “Future Lemon Sour” brand of canned chu-hi.

Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is the second entry in a massive remake project, following the adventures of Cloud Strife and his companions as they explore a vast and dangerous world.

Seventh Heaven is a bustling neighborhood bar within the game that is operated by the character Tifa Lockhart, and it also doubles as a secret base for the eco-terrorist group AVALANCHE.

The pop-up “Lemon’s Heaven” bar will aim to immerse fans by bringing the in-game atmosphere into reality, whilst serving up one of Asahi’s most unique alcoholic beverages.

Fans who visit the bar will be able to sample the “Future Lemon Sour,” an innovative ready-to-drink canned chu-hi.
The unique beverage features a wide full-open lid and contains a real slice of lemon that naturally floats to the surface upon opening.

Asahi will be offering the standard Original and Plain flavors to attendees throughout the event.

The company is also introducing a brand new “Koime” strong variant to the market on Tuesday, April 28, 2026.
This newly added option features an optimized balance of sweetness and citrus aroma with a higher alcohol content of 7 percent.

The limited-time event will take place at the O-Yane Plaza in Roppongi Hills, Tokyo and will accommodate approximately 60 seated guests at a time.

Visitors can purchase a 345ml can of their preferred lemon sour flavor for a flat rate of 300 yen (approx. $2 USD / £1.50 GBP).

The special pop-up tavern will officially operate from Wednesday, April 29, to Sunday, May 3, 2026 and attendees must be aged 20 or over to enter.
Opening times for the bar will be as follows:
