Pokémon Returns to Kalos for Its Latest 30th Anniversary Merch Collection
The Pokémon Center has revealed a new Kalos-themed Pokémon Timeless Adventure merchandise collection starring Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie as part of the franchise’s ongoing 30th anniversary celebrations.
Pokémon X and Pokémon Y introduced the Kalos region and its three starter partners, with the games sending players on a new journey through a setting centered around the sprawling Lumiose City.
The collection’s commemorative artwork shows the trio inside a room overlooking Lumiose City’s Prism Tower, although they appear far more interested in the Poké Puffs in front of them than the Pokémon battle playing nearby.
The illustration reflects the latest anniversary theme of “seeing,” capturing the Pokémon watching a battle while adding a playful detail that gives the artwork more personality.
The Kalos release continues the Pokémon Timeless Adventure series following earlier collections inspired by Kanto, a musical Johto lineup starring Jigglypuff and Meloetta, Hoenn, Sinnoh and a travel-focused Unova range.
The Pokémon Timeless Adventure Kalos A4 Clear File, priced at ¥495 (approx. $3 USD / £2 GBP), brings the full anniversary illustration to a practical stationery folder suitable for storing documents and prints.
The Pokémon Timeless Adventure Kalos Sticker Set, priced at ¥770 (approx. $5 USD / £4 GBP), features a selection of designs showcasing the Kalos starters as they appear in the collection’s artwork.
The Pokémon Timeless Adventure Kalos Acrylic Block, priced at ¥2,860 (approx. $18 USD / £13 GBP), presents the colorful scene as a freestanding display piece that places Chespin, Fennekin and Froakie at the center of the collection.
The Pokémon Timeless Adventure Kalos Acrylic Keychain, priced at ¥935 (approx. $6 USD / £4 GBP), pairs the commemorative artwork with a carabiner-style ring for attaching it to bags, cases or keys.
The Pokémon Timeless Adventure Photo Frame and Smartphone Stand, priced at ¥4,950 (approx. $31 USD / £23 GBP), can display a favorite Pokémon photograph or hold a smartphone while watching videos, cleverly connecting its practical design to the collection’s “seeing” theme.
The Pokémon Timeless Adventure Kalos Roll Cookies, priced at ¥1,760 (approx. $11 USD / £8 GBP), are individually wrapped inside a collectible illustrated tin, with additional silhouettes of the featured Pokémon hidden across its underside.
The collection will be available through Pokémon Center stores across Japan and the Pokémon Center Online store, with the Roll Cookies also being offered through participating Pokémon Store locations.
Pokémon Center Online sales will begin at 10:00 AM JST on August 5, 2026, followed by the collection’s wider launch at physical Pokémon Center stores across Japan on August 8, 2026.
