Berserk’s Skull Knight joins the ‘POP UP PARADE L size’ line-up this December
Fans of Kentaro Miura’s dark fantasy masterpiece Berserk can now add a formidable addition to their collections, as Max Factory has announced the upcoming release of the “POP UP PARADE Skull Knight L size” figure.
The Skull Knight is one of Berserk’s most compelling and mysterious characters, an ancient warrior clad in skeletal armor, often appearing to aid Guts and Casca at critical moments.
His majestic presence and the heavy, battle-worn look of his armor are faithfully recreated in this new figure.
Standing at an impressive 220mm (approximately 8.7 inches) tall, this “L size” figure from the POP UP PARADE series ensures a significant presence in any display.
Max Factory has meticulously sculpted the Skull Knight’s iconic shield and sword, capturing their intricate details.
Adding to its appeal, the figure features a cloth cape embedded with a wire, allowing collectors to freely pose and express the cape’s flowing movement.
A particularly exciting feature for collectors is the inclusion of interchangeable eye parts that support an optional light-up gimmick.
By inserting a separately sold “Milight 316R” (manufactured by Hiromi Sangyo) into these specialized eye parts, fans can make the Skull Knight’s eyes glow, perfectly replicating his eerie, otherworldly aura from the manga.
The “POP UP PARADE Skull Knight L size” is a pre-painted complete figure that is set to release in December 2025 for a price of 8,800 yen (tax included). Pre-orders are now open until the 30th of July, 2025.
As a special bonus, purchases made through the Good Smile Company Official Shop will include an exclusive “Sword of Actuation”, which recreates its appearance after Skull Knight coats the sword in a molten mass of ingested behelits.
