Shueisha has released an exciting mid-term update for the ongoing second global character popularity poll for the hit anime and manga franchise, One Piece.
The “One Piece World Top 100 2nd” popularity poll allows fans across the globe to cast their daily votes for their favorite pirates, marines, and revolutionaries.

One Piece is famous for its sprawling story following Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat crew as they navigate the Grand Line in search of the ultimate treasure.

The long-running series originally debuted in 1997 and has expanded over the decades to encompass theatrical films, a highly successful live-action adaptation, and an upcoming animated remake titled The One Piece heading to Netflix.

To keep fans engaged during the voting period, Shueisha recently shared a regional breakdown of the “World Hot Characters” utilizing corrected data collected between March 30, 2026, and April 5, 2026.

While the iconic captain Luffy and his swordsman Zoro are performing exceptionally well in their respective stronghold regions, the crew’s chef Sanji is currently dominating the global rankings.

Sanji has successfully secured the number one spot across Central and South America, the Middle East, North America, and Oceania.

Meanwhile, the musical idol Uta has managed to break into the top five in three separate regions, even surging to the first-place position in Africa ahead of the longstanding Straw Hat crew members.
