V3’s Shuichi Saihara Confirmed as the Next Danganronpa Nendoroid

A new Nendoroid figure of Shuichi Saihara, the central character from the high-stakes murder mystery game Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony, has been announced.
It was revealed during the “Nendoroid FUNS 2026 Winter” online presentation on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

This announcement adds another key protagonist to the Danganronpa Nendoroid series, joining previous releases such as Makoto Naegi, Hajime Hinata, and the iconic mascot Monokuma.

Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony is the third main installment in the visual novel franchise developed by Spike Chunsoft, featuring a new cast of “Ultimate” students trapped in the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles.

Shuichi Saihara is known as the Ultimate Detective, a title he earned by solving a difficult murder case before entering the academy, though he initially suffers from impostor syndrome regarding his abilities.

He is instantly recognizable by his dark, pinstriped uniform and the black cap he wears low over his eyes, which serves as a shield against the gaze of others due to his timid nature.

Throughout the game’s Class Trials, he plays a crucial role in deducing the truth behind the murders, often using his keen intellect to shoot through contradictions with “Truth Bullets.”
The Nendoroid figure is expected to capture his growth from a shy student to a confident truth-seeker.
Fans will anticipate the inclusion of his signature hat, likely as a removable part to reveal his ahoge, along with accessories such as a magnifying glass or a standplate featuring the series’ catchphrase, “No, that’s wrong!”

This reveal complements the re-release announcements of the Persona series protagonists, strengthening the event’s lineup of Japanese role-playing and visual novel characters.

It also joins the horror-themed reveals of the “Nendoroid Hinako Shimizu” and “Fox Mask” from Silent Hill f, as well as the Chainsaw Man figures of the Angel Devil and Reze.

The event also featured major RPG announcements, including the Final Fantasy wave featuring the Chocobo and Warrior of Light, and the Wuthering Waves duo of Jinhsi and Changli.

The “Nendoroid Shuichi Saihara” does not yet have a confirmed price or release date.
Information regarding the release schedule will be announced at a later date by Good Smile Company.

It will be available via the Good Smile Company Official Shop, as well as participating partner shops, such as HobbyLink Japan.
