Bandai has confirmed its full November 2026 Gunpla release schedule, with four new kits spanning After War Gundam X, Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway, and two different corners of the Gundam Wing universe.

One general retail release will arrive alongside three Premium Bandai exclusive kits, covering the High Grade and MGSD lines throughout the month.

November’s sole general retail Gunpla will be the “HG 1/144 Gundam Ashtaron,” priced at ¥3,960 (approximately $25 / £19) and scheduled to launch on November 28.

Piloted by Olba Frost in After War Gundam X, Gundam Ashtaron is the companion machine to his brother Shagia’s Gundam Virsago and completes the Frost brothers’ move into Bandai’s modern High Grade lineup.

The release follows October’s completely new HG 1/144 Gundam Virsago, with both kits forming part of the wider celebrations surrounding Gundam X’s 30th anniversary.

Ashtaron’s enormous Atomic Scissors can extend, retract, and move without swapping parts, while the model can transform into its Mobile Armor configuration using a small number of interchangeable components.

Its Beam Spear can also be converted into a crossbow-style configuration, and builders who own the new Virsago can position it on top of Ashtaron’s transformed flight mode to recreate the Frost brothers’ combined aerial attacks.

The first of November’s three Premium Bandai exclusives is the “HG 1/144 Gustav Karl 00 Type (Commander Type),” priced at ¥3,850 (approximately $24 / £18).

Based on Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway, the kit adds a newly molded Commander Type head and long-barreled rifle to Bandai’s updated Gustav Karl 00 Type design.

Its large Shield remains connected to an articulated support arm extending from the backpack, while sliding hip joints help the heavily armored Mobile Suit achieve a wider range of poses despite its bulky proportions.

Gundam Wing DUAL STORY G-UNIT will also receive one of November’s biggest High Grade releases through the Premium Bandai-exclusive “HG 1/144 Hydra Gundam,” priced at ¥5,500 (approximately $35 / £26).

The completely new Hydra Gundam kit recreates mechanical designer Junichi Akutsu’s updated interpretation of Valder Farkill’s heavily armed Mobile Suit, including its transformation into a high-mobility Mobile Armor configuration.

Its weapon loadout includes a newly designed shoulder-mounted Buster Cannon, four Beam Sabers, and an expanding EMF Shield, while the Wired Shoulder Claws can be displayed away from the body using included mono-filament wires.

November’s final Gunpla is the “MGSD Wing Gundam Zero EW [Structural Color Coating/Black],” a Premium Bandai exclusive priced at ¥12,100 (approximately $77 / £57).

The special edition introduced Bandai’s new Structural Color Coating technology, placing iridescent parts beneath Wing Zero’s black and dark gray armor so shifting colors become visible as light moves across the finished model.

Those coated sections become increasingly exposed as the head, shoulders, and five-layered wings are opened, while the existing MGSD kit’s Twin Buster Rifle, feathered wings, and Neo-Bird Mode transformation are retained.
