Ultra Japan, one of Asia’s most prominent electronic dance music festivals, has officially announced its return to Tokyo for its 2025 edition.
This large-scale event, part of the globally recognized Ultra Worldwide brand, transforms the Odaiba district into a vibrant hub for music fans from across the globe, featuring state-of-the-art stage production and a lineup of world-class artists.

Scheduled for a weekend in September, the festival is renowned for its multi-stage experience catering to a wide range of electronic music tastes.
The colossal ULTRA MAIN STAGE serves as the centerpiece, hosting some of the biggest names in EDM, complemented by stunning visuals, pyrotechnics, and lighting.
Alongside it, the critically acclaimed RESISTANCE stage offers a dedicated space for fans of house and techno, showcasing influential artists from the underground scene.

For the 2025 event, a powerful phase one lineup has already been revealed.
The Main Stage will be headlined by international superstars including Calvin Harris, DJ Snake, Hardwell, Martin Garrix, Gryffin, and SLANDER.
The RESISTANCE stage will feature prominent acts such as Adam Beyer, Amelie Lens, Argy, and ARTBAT.
This initial announcement solidifies Ultra Japan’s position as a premier destination festival on the international circuit.

Directions & Travel Information
The festival is located at Tokyo Odaiba Ultra Park on the artificial island of Odaiba in Tokyo Bay.
The venue is easily accessible via Tokyo’s excellent public transport system.
By Train (Highly Recommended)
The train is the most efficient and popular way to reach the festival grounds.
Two main lines serve the area:
- Yurikamome Line: This is an automated, elevated train line that offers scenic views as it crosses the Rainbow Bridge.
- Nearest Station: Aomi Station (青海駅) is located very close to the festival entrance.
- How to Access: Transfer to the Yurikamome Line at Shimbashi Station (accessible via JR Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, etc.) or Toyosu Station (Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line).
- Rinkai Line: This line runs underground and connects directly to major hubs in central Tokyo.
- Nearest Station: Tokyo Teleport Station (東京テレポート駅) is also just a short walk from the venue.
- How to Access: The Rinkai Line offers direct through-service with the JR Saikyo Line, making it accessible from major stations like Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ikebukuro without a transfer.
Travel Tip: For seamless travel on Tokyo’s trains and buses, it is advisable to get an IC card such as a Suica or Pasmo card, which can be topped up with funds and used with a simple tap.
