The first-ever Gunpla of the amphibious mobile suit GM Sloep is now available for pre-order

A new, exclusive Gunpla kit has been announced, featuring the first-ever model of the “GM Sloep.”
The GM Sloep is a unique mobile suit from the Universal Century timeline, known in the lore as the very first amphibious mobile suit developed by the Earth Federation Forces.

This new High Grade (HG) 1/144 scale model kit brings the rare and long-awaited design to life with a completely new sculpt.

The kit faithfully reproduces the mobile suit’s characteristic aquatic equipment.

A key feature is the newly sculpted “Aqua-Pack” backpack, which can be moved upwards from its standard position.

The hydrofoils attached to the pack can be extended and rotated, and the pack’s pod can also be detached and displayed in a deployed state by using an included lead wire.

Other features include the detachable auxiliary ballast tanks on the legs.

For armaments, the kit comes with a newly sculpted Sonar Gun, as well as a standard Beam Spray Gun.

This release offers fans of the deeper mechanical lore of the Gundam universe a chance to build a historically significant, if obscure, mobile suit design.

As a Premium Bandai exclusive, this kit will not be available through general retail channels.
Pre-orders for the new product opened earlier on Tuesday, the 5th of August, on the Premium Bandai online store.
The “HG 1/144 GM Sloep” is priced at ¥3,520 and it is scheduled to be shipped to customers in October 2025.
