Kingdom Hearts Reveals Ticket Details for Official 25th Anniversary Exhibition
Image by Charlotte DavisKingdom Hearts’ huge 25th anniversary exhibition has revealed its official key visual, with ticket sales for the major celebration also set to begin in just a few weeks.
The newly released artwork places a glowing keyhole at its center, surrounded by Sora and other characters who have played major roles throughout the series’ almost 25-year history.
The “KINGDOM HEARTS 25th ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION” will celebrate the franchise reaching its quarter-century milestone in March 2027, tracing Sora and his friends’ adventures from the original Kingdom Hearts through Kingdom Hearts II, Kingdom Hearts III and numerous spin-offs.
When the exhibition was originally announced in August, organizers confirmed that visitors will be able to explore recreations of memorable scenes, Keyblade replicas, development materials and artwork, an immersive theater experience, and exclusive merchandise created for the event.
The latest announcement now provides the first detailed breakdown of how fans will be able to attend, with every ticket tied to a specific date and time slot.
Ticket sales will begin on October 8 at 12:00 PM JST with a priority lottery for the exhibition’s completely made-to-order merchandise ticket, covering visits on February 5, February 6, February 7, and March 28.
Applications for those dates will remain open until October 12 at 11:59 PM JST, with any tickets left following payment cancellations scheduled for a limited first-come, first-served resale from October 23.
Merchandise tickets for the remaining dates will then become available on a first-come, first-served basis from October 16 through December 2, with the four lottery dates only included if allocations become available again.
The exclusive item included with the merchandise ticket has not yet been revealed, although organizers have confirmed that it will be created specifically for the exhibition, won’t be sold separately, and must be collected at the venue during the event.
Adult merchandise tickets are priced at ¥6,700 (approximately $42 / £32) on weekdays and ¥7,000 (approximately $44 / £33) on weekends and public holidays, while children’s tickets cost ¥5,300 (approximately $33 / £25) and ¥5,600 (approximately $35 / £27) respectively.
Standard advance tickets will go on general sale from December 3, priced at ¥3,200 (approximately $20 / £15) for adults on weekdays and ¥3,500 (approximately $22 / £17) on weekends and holidays, with children’s tickets costing ¥1,800 (approximately $11 / £9) and ¥2,100 (approximately $13 / £10).
Any remaining tickets will also be available at the higher same-day rate, with adult admission ranging from ¥3,600 (approximately $23 / £17) to ¥3,900 (approximately $25 / £19) and children’s admission from ¥2,000 (approximately $13 / £10) to ¥2,300 (approximately $14 / £11).
The exhibition forms part of a much wider build-up to Kingdom Hearts’ 25th anniversary, which has also seen Disney officially announce a new animated series based on the Square Enix franchise for Disney Channel and Disney+.

The “KINGDOM HEARTS 25th ANNIVERSARY EXHIBITION” will run from February 5 through April 4, 2027, at the Mori Arts Center Gallery on the 52nd floor of Roppongi Hills Mori Tower in Tokyo.
