South Korean developer Neowiz has launched an adorably cozy crossover event for its relaxing mobile game, Cats & Soup.
The “Cats & Soup x Sanrio Characters Collaboration” brings some of Sanrio’s most popular mascots to the peaceful feline forest for a limited time.
Cats & Soup is a globally successful idle game where players collect various breeds of cats who chop, boil, and fry ingredients to create delicious dishes.
Sanrio frequently explores unique partnerships to expand its vast catalog of character goods across various mediums.
The company recently teamed up with the popular cat series mofusand for a pastel amusement park merchandise lineup, and paired the adorable puppy Cinnamoroll with the virtual singer Hatsune Miku for a dreamy cherry blossom collection.
This new digital partnership centers around a charming story where Cinnamoroll, Pompompurin, and Pochacco travel to the feline world after spotting a mysterious rainbow shining in a bowl of soup.
Players can interact with the iconic characters as they cook together, manage a cafe, and go on delightful picnics.
