Bandai Announces Re-Release of MG Gundam Heavyarms Custom EW Gunpla Kit
Bandai Hobby has announced the re-release of a fan-favorite model kit from the hit anime film Mobile Suit Gundam Wing: Endless Waltz.
The “MG 1/100 Gundam Heavyarms Custom EW” is set to return for builders who missed previous production runs since its first release in 2016.
Gundam Wing originally debuted in the 1990s and played a crucial role in bringing the Japanese mecha genre to Western television screens.
The Endless Waltz cinematic movie acts as a direct continuation of the television series, resolving the wartime conflict while introducing incredibly elaborate redesigns for the core mobile suits.
The narrative focuses on a sudden military uprising that threatens the newly established peace.
During this conflict, the stoic pilot Trowa Barton takes control of this heavily armed mobile suit to combat the Mariemaia Army.
The Master Grade line from Bandai Spirits delivers an engaging building experience, allowing fans to construct an intricate mechanical inner frame before applying the exterior armor.
This 1/100 scale release faithfully recreates the iconic “walking powder keg” without the need for glue, snapping together easily straight out of the box.
