Flame Toys has announced it will release a new action figure of Peni Parker’s “SP//dr” in 2026.
This figure is part of Flame Toys’ new “Techkaiser” brand, bringing a unique interpretation of SP//dr from the animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse to collectors.

Flame Toys is a company known for its detailed and often complex collectible figures, particularly its “Kuro Kara Kuri” line, which features intricate designs, high articulation, and premium materials.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018) is a critically acclaimed animated film celebrated for its groundbreaking visual style, innovative storytelling, and introduction of multiple Spider-People from various dimensions.

SP//dr, piloted by Peni Parker, is one of the distinct Spider-Man variants featured in the movie, recognized for its unique mecha design.
The involvement of Tetsu Amemiya of Studio TRIGGER for design arrangements is notable, as TRIGGER is an animation studio praised for its dynamic and expressive character and mecha designs in works like Kill la Kill and Promare.

The “Tekkaiser SP//dr” figure stands approximately 210mm tall and is a fully painted, articulated figure crafted from ABS, POM, and diecast materials.

Based on design arrangements by Tetsu Amemiya of Studio TRIGGER, the figure boasts over 60 points of articulation, allowing for a wide range of dynamic poses.

The inclusion of diecast parts in various sections provide a premium feel and enhanced stability.

The figure also features built-in LED light-up parts in both the head and chest, enhancing its visual presence.

This detailed rendition aims to bring the distinctive mechanical design of SP//dr to life for collectors.
Pre-orders for the figure, which will retail for ¥34,100 (tax included, approx. $235.98 USD/£173.91 GBP), are open until August 27th, 2025.
Orders can be placed directly via the WING HOBBY official online store and the figure is currently scheduled for release in July 2026.
