Pre-Orders Open as Darkstalkers' Morrigan Joins FREEing's B-Style Statue Series

FREEing has officially opened pre-orders for a striking new Darkstalkers’ figure that will see Morrigan Aensland join their “B-Style” bunny girl statue series.

Darkstalkers, known as Vampire in Japan, is CAPCOM’s long-running supernatural fighting game series that debuted in 1994 and became famous for its distinctive monster-inspired cast, stylish animation and memorable character designs that remain popular with fighting game fans decades later.

As the succubus heiress of the powerful Aensland family, Morrigan has served as the face of the franchise since the original game’s release, with her flowing green hair, bat wings and confident personality making her one of CAPCOM’s most iconic female characters.

The 1/4 scale “Morrigan Aensland B-Style Bunny Ver. Statue” features Morrigan in an original glossy black bunny outfit that emphasizes her signature silhouette while remaining faithful to the character’s unmistakable design.

Her bat ears and large wings have been recreated with exceptional detail, while the premium sculpt captures a different side of the succubus away from the battlefield without losing the elegance that has defined her for more than 30 years.

The attention to detail continues with custom fishnet stockings featuring Morrigan’s signature bat motif, giving the large-scale collectible an additional premium finish that complements the glossy bunny suit.

Standing approximately 44 cm tall, the statue delivers the kind of commanding display presence that has become synonymous with FREEing’s B-style series.

The Morrigan statue has also been designed as one half of a companion display alongside an upcoming “Lilith Aensland B-Style Bunny Ver. Statue”, allowing collectors to recreate the close connection between the two iconic characters from the Darkstalkers series.

Lilith, who first appeared in 1997’s Vampire Savior, known internationally as Darkstalkers 3, is a fragment of Morrigan’s soul that developed into her own independent succubus with a playful personality and formidable fighting abilities.

Although smaller in appearance than Morrigan within the games, the Lilith statue stands slightly higher than its counterpart at approximately 45.5 cm tall, owing to the difference in pose.

Her appearance draws inspiration from the outfit worn during her EX Special Move “Gloomy Puppet Show,” while the specially colored fishnet stockings perfectly match Lilith’s original character design.

The “Morrigan Bunny Ver.” is scheduled for release in January 2027, while the companion B-style “Lilith Bunny Ver.” is currently planned to launch in December 2026.

The B-style “Morrigan Bunny Ver.” is priced at ¥44,000 (approx. $305 USD / £220 GBP) and is now available to pre-order through reputable hobby goods retailers such as HobbyLink Japan.

Whilst the “Lilith Bunny Ver.” has been announced with an earlier release window, it has not yet become available to reserve, with pre-orders expected to begin shortly unless delayed by FREEing.
