Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound adds free Yakumo costume ahead of Ninja Gaiden 4 launch

To celebrate the upcoming release of Ninja Gaiden 4, a new, free costume has been added to the spin-off title, Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound.
The announcement was made by the publisher Dotemu and the developer The Game Kitchen.
The new, free cosmetic item allows players to dress the protagonist of Ragebound, Kenji Mozu, in the outfit of Yakumo, the protagonist of the upcoming mainline entry, Ninja Gaiden 4.

The new costume is being released as a free update for all players, and it is automatically unlocked for everyone who owns the game across all platforms.

A new trailer has been released, which showcases the new crossover costume in action.
Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound is a spin-off title that follows the story of Kenji Mozu, the protégé of the legendary ninja Ryu Hayabusa.

In the game, Kenji is forced to defend the Hayabusa Village from a demonic invasion while his mentor is away, leading him to form a desperate alliance with the former enemies of the Black Spider Clan.

The game features a dual protagonist system, allowing players to take control of both Kenji and the assassin Kumori as their intertwined story unfolds.

Ninja Gaiden: Ragebound is currently available worldwide for the PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Xbox Series X|S.
