New and Exclusive HG 1/144 Gundam Spiegel Joins the G Gundam Gunpla Lineup

Bandai has opened pre-orders for an exclusive Gunpla model kit based on a popular mobile fighter from Mobile Fighter G Gundam.
The “HG 1/144 Gundam Spiegel” faithfully recreates the ninja-inspired machine representing Neo Germany with newly molded parts.

High Grade models are the core of the Gunpla hobby due to their accessible 1/144 scale and impressive range of movement.

Mobile Fighter G Gundam depicts an alternate timeline where nations settle their political differences through a global martial arts tournament using colossal mecha.

The Gundam Spiegel utilizes its exceptional mobility and stealth tactics to overwhelm opponents in close-quarters combat.

This kit features a Core Lander that can seamlessly separate from the main body and combine with the mobile fighter just like in the animated series.

Builders can equip the signature Spiegel Blades, which feature deployable handles and rotating blade sections for dynamic action poses.

The model includes specialized hand parts featuring articulated wrists for piercing strikes, alongside distinct hands molded holding the throwing daggers known as Messer Glanz.

A newly designed rotating display stand is included to allow fans to accurately replicate the spinning “Sturm und Drang” special attack.

This release also incorporates a brand-new original gimmick conceived by the show’s general director, Yasuhiro Imagawa.
The kit comes with five different scroll parts representing the ninja arts of Fire, Water, Wind, Wood, and Earth, adorned with both kanji and German text.

These scrolls utilize actual Japanese washi paper, allowing them to be realistically rolled up or unrolled for display.

A dedicated joint part allows the accompanying scroll holder to be mounted directly onto the rear skirt armor of the mobile fighter to store the accessories.

Pre-orders for the “HG 1/144 Gundam Spiegel” opened on May 29 via the Premium Bandai online store for 3,740 yen (approx. $24 USD/£19 GBP).
Shipping is currently scheduled to begin in September 2026.
