The creative team includes production supervisor Kazuya Takahashi, with music composed by onoken and sound direction by Yuichi Imaizuki.
One manga version of the story is adapted by Egashira and G!on with illustrations by Ichimatsu Kei and Tanao Tanako.

An English language version of this manga is currently available for readers through the WEBTOON platform.
The plot follows Rudd, an E-Rank adventurer with the status immunity talent, who is forced to consume monster flesh to survive after being betrayed.

A second manga adaptation created by TATE is also available in English via the Square Enix Manga UP! service.
The Monster Eater light anime is scheduled to premiere on April 2, 2026.
