JoJo’s Bizarre Merch: Antique style mirror featuring Battle Tendency’s Pillar Men set for July release
Anime fans will have a new stylish item to help with their daily routine this July, when a mirror based on the villains from the second arc of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure launches.
Bandai Spirits has announced the “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Battle Tendency Pillar Men Antique Style Mirror”, which will be released as a crane game prize.
JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure is a long-running manga and anime franchise known for its distinctive art style, intricate plotlines, and memorable characters.
“Battle Tendency” is the second arc of the series, introducing powerful antagonists known as the Pillar Men – Wamuu, Esidisi, and Kars – ancient super-beings with immense strength and unique abilities.
Their imposing presence and stylized designs have made them popular figures within the fanbase.
The “Pillar Men Antique Style Mirror” is designed to reflect the aesthetic of these formidable characters.
It specifically replicates the appearance of Wamuu, Esidisi, and Kars in their rock-like state, a visual homage to their portrayal in the opening sequence of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Battle Tendency.
Measuring approximately 22cm in size, the mirror’s design incorporates elements from the series other than just the characters themselves.
The decorative elements surrounding the mirror and its handle incorporate rock patterns and imagery inspired by the underground art and architecture seen in the Colosseum where the Pillar Men slumbered for 200 years.
This unique JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure themed item will be available as a prize from amusement centers/arcades across Japan from an as yet unannounced date in July 2025.
