Orders Officially Open for Logitech’s Exclusive Gundam Gaming Collab Collection
Pre-orders are now open for Logitech G’s new Mobile Suit Gundam collaboration, transforming a selection of the company’s premium gaming gear with designs inspired by the iconic RX-78-2 Gundam.
The limited-edition collection, which was announced earlier this year, includes a gaming keyboard, wireless headset, and two versions of Logitech’s G502 X PLUS LIGHTSPEED mouse alongside complete “FULL ARMOR” bundles containing the full setup.
The collaboration draws directly from the original Mobile Suit Gundam, using the RX-78-2’s familiar white, blue, red, and yellow coloring alongside mechanical-style graphics and Earth Federation references across Logitech’s existing hardware.
The most extensively redesigned item is the “Logitech G G512 X 98 & PALMREST 98 Gundam Edition Gaming Keyboard,” which combines a Gundam-themed version of Logitech’s 98-key G512 X with a matching palm rest.
The standard G512 X 98 combines mechanical switches with TMR analog technology across 39 Dual Swap positions, allowing compatible keys to use adjustable actuation points from 0.1 mm to 4.0 mm, while an 8K polling rate reduces response time to as little as 0.125 ms.
LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting runs across the front of the keyboard, while the Gundam Edition extends its RX-78-2 treatment onto the included Palmrest 98 to create a matching desktop setup.
The “Logitech G G522 LIGHTSPEED Gundam Edition Wireless Gaming Headset” applies the collaboration to Logitech’s G5 Series headset, retaining LIGHTSYNC RGB lighting, 40 mm drivers, and support for LIGHTSPEED wireless, Bluetooth, and wired USB connections.
The G522 can provide up to 35 hours of battery life with its default lighting enabled or up to 80 hours with the LEDs switched off, while also supporting PCs, Macs and PlayStation 5.
Logitech’s “G502 X PLUS LIGHTSPEED Gundam Edition Wireless Gaming Mouse” completes the individual hardware lineup and is available in separate white and black versions, allowing buyers to choose which finish best suits their setup.
Fans wanting the complete collection can instead choose the “Logitech G RX-78-2 Edition FULL ARMOR Set,” which bundles the keyboard, headset, and mouse together and is likewise offered in separate white and black configurations.
The name is a fitting Gundam reference for the largest package in the collaboration, effectively treating the complete selection of Logitech hardware as a fully equipped RX-78-2-inspired gaming setup.
Pre-orders opened through the Bandai Namco Korea Mall at 11:00 AM KST on September 2 and are only scheduled to remain available until 11:59 PM KST on September 6, 2026, making the initial reservation window particularly short.
The “G512 X 98 & PALMREST 98 Gundam Edition Gaming Keyboard” is currently priced at ₩338,900 (approx. $250 USD / £185 GBP), while the “G522 LIGHTSPEED Gundam Edition Wireless Gaming Headset” costs ₩189,000 (approx. $139 USD / £103 GBP).
Both the white and black versions of the “G502 X PLUS LIGHTSPEED Gundam Edition Wireless Gaming Mouse” are priced at ₩169,000 each (approx. $125 USD / £92 GBP), while either “FULL ARMOR” set costs ₩669,000 (approx. $494 USD / £364 GBP).
Bandai Namco Korea is also offering pre-order incentives that include an immediate ₩10,000 discount and a special bonus item for qualifying purchases.
Orders from the pre-sale are currently scheduled to begin shipping on September 11, with the collaboration currently only confirmed for the Korean market.
