Firefly Wedding Anime Celebration POP UP STORE at Machida Modi and Maruzen Marunouchi
Image by James RichardsonA new Firefly Wedding pop-up shop is set to open this November, offering exclusive merchandise featuring three characters in newly illustrated artwork celebrating the anime adaptation.
Organized by FaMH Entertainment, the “Firefly Wedding POP UP STORE” will begin at Machida Modi before moving to Maruzen Marunouchi, with a collection of character goods featuring Satoko Kirigaya, Shinpei Goto and Kotaro Ogawa.
Based on the manga by Oreco Tachibana, Firefly Wedding is a historical romance thriller following Satoko, a young noblewoman with a serious heart condition who becomes the target of an assassin named Shinpei.
Desperate to survive, Satoko proposes marriage to her would-be killer, beginning a complicated relationship that forms the heart of the series, which received its television anime adaptation in October 2026.
The new illustrations depict Satoko, Shinpei and Kotaro making finger-heart gestures while wearing traditional Japanese-inspired outfits, with each character appearing slightly embarrassed by the playful poses.
The merchandise also incorporates newly created floral artwork inspired by the flowers appearing on the original manga’s collected-volume covers.
A total of 12 merchandise categories have been announced, including acrylic stands, decorative acrylic keychains, clear cases, character mirrors, memo pads, hair accessories, stickers, hand towels, drawstring pouches and clear files.
The collection also includes a character-themed humidifier and decorative flower-filled bottles featuring the new illustrations.
Customers spending at least ¥3,000 on eligible merchandise will receive one randomly selected postcard from four designs, with another available for every additional ¥3,000 spent.
The purchase bonuses will be distributed while supplies last, and customers will not be able to select their preferred designs.
Admission to the pop-up shop will be free, although selected entry periods on November 6 and 7 will require advance reservations through LINE on a first-come, first-served basis.
Reservations opened on October 30 at 6:00 PM JST and can be made until ten minutes before the relevant admission session, subject to availability.
The “Firefly Wedding POP UP STORE” will run from November 6 through November 15, 2026 at the fourth-floor Calendarium event space inside Machida Modi in Tokyo.
The merchandise area will operate from 10:30 AM until 7:00 PM, with opening hours differing from those of the wider shopping center.
A second pop-up shop will follow at Maruzen Marunouchi’s event space in Tokyo from December 15, 2026 through January 4, 2027, offering another opportunity to purchase the anniversary merchandise.
