JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure manga to be recreated in miniature form for new capsule toy release

A new line of capsule toys/gashapon has been announced by Bandai, which will recreate the manga volumes of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.
“Gashapon” are a popular style of collectible toy in Japan, sold in randomized capsules from vending machines.

The “Mame (Bean) Gashapon Book Collection” series is a unique and clever line that creates miniature, palm-sized replicas of real books and magazines.
This new collection focuses on the legendary manga by Hirohiko Araki, and it features a lineup of six different miniature books.

Each of the items in the collection is an approximately 5-centimeter tall replica of the first volume of one of the first six parts of the long-running manga.
The miniature books faithfully recreate both the outer cover and the inner pages of the original comics.
The full lineup of six different miniature books is as follows:
- Part 1: Phantom Blood – Volume 1

- Part 2: Battle Tendency – Volume 1

- Part 3: Stardust Crusaders – Volume 1

- Part 4: Diamond Is Unbreakable – Volume 1

- Part 5: Golden Wind – Volume 1

- Part 6: Stone Ocean – Volume 1

This new release offers a unique and charmingly nostalgic way for fans to collect and appreciate the long history of the beloved series.
The “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure – Mame Gashapon Collection” is a capsule toy product, priced at ¥500 per capsule.
The new collection is scheduled to begin its rollout in Gashapon machines across Japan during the fourth week of October.
