Two New Sakura Miku Nendoroid Dolls Celebrate Northern Japan Tourism Initiative
Figure manufacturer Good Smile Company has officially opened pre-orders for two new figures of Hatsune Miku based on her spring-themed Sakura Miku persona.
The “Nendoroid Doll Sakura Miku Hirohako 2025 Ver. (Hirosaki)” and “Nendoroid Doll Sakura Miku Hirohako 2025 Ver. (Hakodate)” recreate special seasonal illustrations designed for a Japanese regional tourism initiative.
The “Hirohako” campaign operates as a joint promotional project between Hirosaki City in Aomori Prefecture and Hakodate City in Hokkaido.
This recurring tourism effort utilizes the popular cherry blossom-themed variant of the character to advocate for travel attractions across both northern Japanese municipalities and offers a wide range of exclusive Sakura Miku merchandise for fans to collect each year.
The Nendoroid Doll format utilizes a standard Nendoroid-sized head paired with an articulated, highly poseable doll body that can be easily dressed in real fabric clothing.
Both palm-sized action figures stand approximately 14 cm in height and incorporate the character’s original skin tone choice directly onto the plastic parts.
For this “Hirohako” themed special release, two Sakura Miku Nendoroid Dolls and an outfit set for each are being offered:

This figure accurately replicates the distinct pink twin-tails, cherry hair ornaments, and traditional garments from the regional promotional artwork, providing a figure body, fabric hair ribbon, kimono, hakama skirt, tights, and magnetic shoes.

This variant offers a different pop aesthetic inspired by the Hokkaido side of the municipal travel campaign, featuring a figure body, fabric bonnet, haori coat, kimono, obi sash, underwear, and magnetic shoes.

Fans can currently place pre-orders through the Good Smile Company official online shop and reputable hobby goods retailers such as HobbyLink Japan.
Official reservations began on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, and will remain available until Wednesday, July 8, 2026.
Shipping for all items is currently scheduled for January 2027.
