Fuji Rock Festival ’25 announces free global livestream on Prime Video and Twitch

The organizers of the Fuji Rock Festival ’25 have announced that the event will be streamed live and for free to a global audience.
The announcement was made by the event promoter, Smash Japan, on Tuesday, the 15th of July.
Fuji Rock is Japan’s largest outdoor music festival, an iconic and long-running event that takes place annually at the Naeba Ski Resort.

The festival has become a major destination for music fans from both Japan and around the world, known for its eclectic lineups and scenic mountain setting.

This year’s lineup features major international headliners such as Fred again.., Vulfpeck, and Vampire Weekend.
Other prominent global acts include HAIM, James Blake, Four Tet, and The Hives.

The festival also boasts a massive array of Japanese talent, with legendary artist Tatsuro Yamashita, the rock band Radwimps, and the rising star Vaundy all scheduled to perform.
This livestream partnership will broadcast the atmosphere of the Naeba event across the globe.

The live broadcast will be available to watch for free on two different platforms: Prime Video and the official Amazon Music channel on Twitch.
Viewers will not need an Amazon Prime membership to watch the stream on Prime Video; only a standard Amazon account is required.
The stream will cover performances from four of the festival’s main stages: the GREEN STAGE, WHITE STAGE, RED MARQUEE, and FIELD OF HEAVEN.

In addition to the live music, the broadcast will also feature interviews with some of the participating artists.
Organizers have noted that not every artist on the festival lineup will be part of the livestream.
Additionally, some of the streamed performances may only be partial sets rather than the full performance.

The specific schedule and the lineup of artists to be featured on the livestream have not yet been released, with that information to be published on a special Amazon landing page at a later date.
For those still hoping to attend the festival in person, it was also announced that the 3-day passes and the individual Saturday 1-day tickets have completely sold out.
Tickets that remain available for purchase include Friday and Sunday 1-day passes, campsite tickets, and some parking passes.
The Fuji Rock Festival ’25 is set to take place next week, running from Friday, the 25th of July, to Sunday, the 27th of July.
More information regarding tickets can be found on the official website.
