Cotton Rock With You Set for Japanese Release on August 6

SUCCESS Corporation has officially announced that the shoot ’em up game Cotton Rock With You will launch on August 6, 2026, in Japan.

The title is scheduled for release on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam at a price of 6,380 yen.

This entry serves as the 35th anniversary commemorative title for the series and follows the critical success of Cotton Fantasy, which debuted in 2021.

Players will follow the protagonist Nata de Cotton as she leaves her magical kingdom to search for Willow candy across Japan.

The game features ten playable characters, including eight returning from the previous installment and two new guests.

The guest roster includes Izuna from Izuna: Legend of the Unemployed Ninja and Psyva Ria from the Psyvariar 3 series.

The experience includes 16 total stages consisting of six selectable main stages along with various bonus and final levels.

SUCCESS Corporation confirmed that the game will support a wide array of languages including English, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

In addition to the standard digital and physical versions, a limited edition will be available for 11,880 yen.

The limited edition package includes an acrylic stand set of the main character, the original soundtrack on CD, and a specialized art book.

The fully voiced adventure segments have been expanded to offer more content than previous entries in the franchise.

While the home console and PC versions arrive on August 6, 2026, an arcade version is also planned for future availability.
