Content Warning Launches On PS5, Xbox, and Switch 2

Developer Landfall announced on April 1, 2026, that the cooperative horror title Content Warning is now available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
The game is priced at $9.99 on these new platforms and includes full cross-play support with the existing PC version.
In addition to the console launch, a PC version of the game has also been released via the Microsoft Store on April 1, 2026.
Content Warning originally debuted on PC via Steam on April 1, 2024, where it was offered for free during its first 24 hours.
Since the initial launch, the game has reached a player base of over 88 million people and sold more than 22 million copies.
The gameplay focuses on a cooperative experience where players venture into the Old World to film scary encounters in hopes of going viral on the in-game platform SpookTube.
Players must manage their oxygen levels while using a handheld video camera to capture monsters and cursed relics over a three-day cycle.
Successful videos generate ad revenue that can be used to upgrade equipment, helping the team survive longer and advance their careers.
Key features include online play for two to four players, voice chat, and a unique ASCII face customizer for character personalization.
