Two new Halloween-themed Lycoris Recoil figures are set for release
A new pair of prize figures has been announced for the popular anime series Lycoris Recoil, featuring the two main characters in charming Halloween costumes.
Lycoris Recoil is a hit 2022 anime series that follows the story of two elite, all-female secret agents, or “Lycoris,” the cheerful and easygoing Chisato Nishikigi and the cool and efficient Takina Inoue.
The new figures are part of the “BRILLIANT” prize figure brand from character goods manufacturer System Service.
The “BRILLIANT” brand of prize figures is known for its focus on characters in gorgeous costumes.
These new figures of Chisato and Takina each stand at approximately 22 centimeters tall and reimagine the two heroines in cute, seasonal outfits.
The figure of Chisato Nishikigi depicts her in a “little devil” themed costume.
She is wearing a jack-o’-lantern-themed skirt and has small devil horns and wings.
The figure of Takina Inoue is a “black cat” themed costume and she is shown with cat ears, a collar with a bell, and a tail.
As “prize items,” these figures will be exclusively available to be won in crane games and other arcade machines.
International fans may be able to pick them up from local hobby goods retailers as many prize figures now receive a general release outside of Japan.
The new “Lycoris Recoil BRILLIANT Figures – Halloween Ver.” are scheduled to begin their rollout in amusement facilities across Japan in September 2025.
Fans based overseas will likely have to wait at least 1-2 months after the initial Japanese arcade release for local stores to receive stock.
