Tenko-Saki No Seiso Karen Na Bishojo Ga, Mukashi Danshi To Omotte Issho Ni Asonda Osananajimi Datta Ken Releases New OP Theme Song Trailer
A brand-new trailer for the anime adaptation of Tenko-saki no Seiso Karen na Bishojo ga, Mukashi Danshi to Omotte Issho ni Asonda Osananajimi Datta Ken was revealed during a stage event at TOKYO MX’s AnimeJapan 2026 booth on March 28, 2026.
The upcoming television series is scheduled to begin its broadcast in July 2026.
The newly released promotional video features the opening theme song titled Natsu ni Kasanete, performed by the musical group DIALOGUE+.
The romantic comedy follows the story of Hayato Kirishima, who is reunited with his childhood best friend Haruki after being separated for seven years.
Upon their reunion in high school, Hayato is surprised to find that his former friend is now the popular class idol known for her academic and athletic excellence.
Ikumi Hasegawa leads the voice cast as Haruki Nikaido, appearing alongside Shunichi Toki as Hayato Kirishima and Miharu Hanai as Himeko Kirishima.
Additional cast members include Natsumi Haruse voicing Minamo Mitake and Fuka Izumi taking on the role of Saki Murao.
Directorial duties for the project are being handled by Chuanfeng Xu at studio project No9.
Deko Akao is overseeing the series composition, while N Nei Kurahashi is responsible for the character designs.
The musical score for the anime is a collaborative effort between Ryosuke Nakanishi, Naoki Tani, and Yuri Morita, with Daiki Hachimaki serving as the sound director.
