Pre-orders open for new Nendoroid of CITY THE ANIMATION's Midori

Pre-orders have opened for a new Nendoroid figure of Midori Nagumo, one of the main characters from the anime series CITY THE ANIMATION.

CITY is a surreal, slapstick comedy series from Keiichi Arawi, the acclaimed creator of the beloved manga and anime, Nichijou.

The story follows the chaotic daily lives of the various, not-quite-ordinary residents of an unnamed city, with the penniless and impulsive college student Midori Nagumo often at the center of the action.

This new Nendoroid is part of the popular line of chibi-style, posable figures from Good Smile Company, known for including a variety of interchangeable parts.

The figure stands approximately 10 centimeters tall and comes with a variety of accessories to capture Midori’s energetic and often flustered personality.

The set includes three different interchangeable face plates: a “smiling face,” a “panicked face,” and a “blushing face.”

Optional parts, such as her cat-eared “Mimineko” and a 500 yen coin, are also included to recreate various scenes from the series.

An exclusive bonus item is also being offered for customers who pre-order the figure directly from the official Good Smile Company online shop.

Those who purchase from the official store will receive a “special base” for the figure as a gift.

The “Nendoroid Midori Nagumo” is priced at ¥6,500 (approx. $44 USD/£33 GBP).

Pre-orders for the figure are currently open and will run until the 8th of October, 2025.

It is scheduled to be shipped to customers in January of 2026.
