Wuthering Waves Arrives on Xbox Series This July

Kuro Games has officially announced that the free-to-play open-world action RPG Wuthering Waves is scheduled to arrive on Xbox Series consoles in July 2026.
This upcoming release follows the game’s initial debut on May 22, 2024, for PC through the Epic Games Store and direct client download, as well as on mobile platforms via the iOS App Store and Google Play.
The title continued its multi-platform expansion with a launch on PlayStation 5 on January 2, 2025, and a subsequent Steam release on April 28, 2025.
Players on PC will also see the game arrive on the Microsoft Store simultaneously with the Xbox Series debut this July.
In this story-rich adventure, players take on the role of Rover, a character who awakens in a world desolated by an apocalyptic event known as the Lament.
The narrative focuses on reclaiming lost memories while traveling alongside a group of companions called Resonators to influence the future of a world in the midst of an Ebb Tide.
The gameplay offers a high degree of freedom within a vast environment where users can gain new powers and uncover hidden truths.
This announcement was a highlight of the Xbox Partner Preview event held on March 26, 2026.
Kuro Games accompanied the news with a fresh trailer available in English, Japanese, and Korean to showcase the action RPG mechanics.
