Pre-orders open as Ranma 1/2's Shampoo joins Good Smile Company's Nendoroid line

Good Smile Company has opened pre-orders for the upcoming release of Nendoroid Shampoo from the classic manga and anime series Ranma 1/2.

This adorable figure offers fans a charming, articulated rendition of the martial artist and waitress.

Nendoroids are distinguished by their cute chibi-style design, typically standing around 100mm in height and their extensive articulation.

Each figure comes with multiple interchangeable face plates and various optional accessories, allowing collectors to pose characters in a multitude of dynamic and expressive ways.

Ranma 1/2, created by Rumiko Takahashi, is a seminal martial arts romantic comedy manga that began serialization in 1987.

It follows the chaotic life of Ranma Saotome, a martial artist who transforms into a girl when splashed with cold water, and the colorful cast of characters surrounding him, including the fiercely affectionate Shampoo.

The new Shampoo Nendoroid comes with a range of accessories and additional parts, allowing for a range of posing choices:

Three interchangeable face plates
- These include a charming smiling face, an unfazed expression, and a cheerful face, perfect for capturing Shampoo’s varied personality.

Iconic accessories
- The figure comes with a bowl of ramen, a staple from her work at the Cat Cafe, along with other optional parts to facilitate different poses and scene recreations.

Nendoroid Shampoo is scheduled for release in February 2026 and will be priced at 6,500 yen.

Collectors are able to pre-order the figure through through Good Smile Company’s official website and the majority of reputable hobby goods retailers, from now until July 16th, 2025.
