Berserk’s Guts Returns With New and Improved Berserker Armor S.H.Figuarts Figure
TAMASHII NATIONS has officially revealed a brand-new battle version of its popular S.H.Figuarts Guts figure, giving Berserk fans an updated take on the Black Swordsman in his fearsome Berserker Armor.
Created by the late Kentaro Miura and now continued by Studio Gaga, Berserk is widely regarded as one of the most influential dark fantasy manga of all time, following the brutal journey of Guts as he battles monstrous Apostles, supernatural forces and his former ally Griffith in a world consumed by violence and tragedy.
The new “S.H.Figuarts Guts (Berserker Armor) -Heat of Passion- (Battle Ver.)” is based on Guts after he succumbs to the overwhelming power of the cursed Berserker Armor, allowing him to push far beyond human limits as the Beast of Darkness consumes his body and mind during battle.
Standing approximately 16 cm tall, the fully articulated figure has been supervised by Studio Gaga and recreates Guts with a feral expression and battle-worn appearance that reflects the relentless fury of the Black Swordsman in combat.
This release features newly updated paintwork across the armor, the poseable fabric cape and the massive Dragonslayer greatsword, giving the figure a more intense finish inspired by the heat of battle.
Newly sculpted effect parts have also been included to recreate some of Guts’ most destructive attacks, including a large firing effect for his forearm cannon, ground impact effects that simulate a powerful stomp and an interchangeable cannon arm for even more display possibilities.
The set also includes three pairs of interchangeable hands, a dedicated stand and support arm for the cannon effect, plus an exclusive illustration card to complete the package.
The “S.H.Figuarts Guts (Berserker Armor) -Heat of Passion- (Battle Ver.)” is priced at ¥14,300 (approx. $97 USD / £72 GBP) and pre-orders are set to open on July 24 through reputable hobby goods retailers, including HobbyLink Japan.
The figure is currently scheduled for release in January 2027.
