Pokémon Sleep Arrives on Smartwatches In New Garmin Collab

Garmin has announced a new collaboration that will allow fans to update their smartwatch face to feature popular Pokémon.
The brand new “Pokémon Sleep Watch Faces” allow users to monitor their daily energy levels alongside their favorite adorable creatures.

Pokémon Sleep is a popular application that gamifies healthy sleeping habits by rewarding users with new creature discoveries based on their resting patterns.
The mobile app tasks players with assisting Professor Neroli by collecting the various sleeping styles of monsters that gather around a giant Snorlax.

The Pokémon franchise is a global multimedia juggernaut that has entertained audiences for decades through video games, trading cards, and animated series.
Garmin is a pioneer in GPS technology and wearable devices, offering advanced health and fitness tracking solutions for active individuals.

This unique software integration utilizes Garmin’s proprietary Body Battery metric, which calculates the user’s remaining physical energy on a scale from 5 to 100.
As the wearer’s energy depletes through daily activities and stress, the digital companion on the screen will visually transition from an energetic state to a sleepy posture.

A special night mode will automatically activate one and a half hours before the user’s scheduled bedtime to encourage a smooth transition to rest.
Users must have the Garmin Connect application installed on their smartphone and enable data sharing to properly sync their sleep data with the game.

Two different Pokémon Sleep smart watch faces will be available to choose from:
- Pokémon Sleep: Snorlax and Friends

This interface features Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, and Snorlax relaxing on Greengrass Isle.

- Pokémon Sleep: I Choose You!

This alternative option allows the user to select their favorite partner from a roster of 48 different Pokemon.

The customizable digital screens launched on Friday, March 13, 2026 and both watch faces are available to download completely free of charge.

Users can access them directly through the Garmin Connect IQ Store platform.

The digital faces are compatible with select smartwatch models, including the fēnix, Forerunner, Venu, and vívoactive series.
