Oshi No Ko Announces 4th and Final Season

The official website and social media accounts for the [OSHI NO KO] anime series have confirmed that a fourth season is currently in production.
This upcoming installment is officially labeled as the Final Season and was announced on March 25, 2026, immediately following the broadcast of the third season finale.
To accompany the news, the production team released a new announcement trailer and a fresh key visual to provide fans with a glimpse of what is to come.
Specific details regarding the official release date for the new season were not disclosed at the time of the announcement.
Streaming service Crunchyroll has also confirmed that it will host [OSHI NO KO] Season 4 on its platform when it eventually premieres.

The anime is based on the original manga written by Aka Akasaka and illustrated by Mengo Yokoyari, which ran in Weekly Young Jump from April 2020 until its conclusion in November 2024.
Spanning a total of 16 volumes, the source material is available in English through Yen Press.

The animated adaptation continues to be directed by Daisuke Hiramaki at studio Doga Kobo, with Jin Tanaka handling series composition and Kanna Hirayama providing character designs.
Takuro Iga serves as the composer for the series, which has maintained a consistent production team since its debut.

The broadcast history of the series began with the first season airing from April to June 2023, followed by a second season from July to October 2024.
The third season most recently began its run in January 2026 before leading into this final announcement.

The story follows Dr Gorou Amamiya, a physician who is murdered and reincarnated as Aquamarine Hoshino, the son of the famous idol Ai Hoshino.
Aquamarine eventually begins a complex journey to navigate the entertainment industry and uncover the truth behind his mother’s tragic fate.
