Orders open for new cyberpunk-inspired Hatsune Miku model kit

Orders have opened for a new plastic model kit of the virtual singer Hatsune Miku from the manufacturer Good Smile Company, which features a unique, tactical, and cyberpunk-inspired design.
The new “PLAMATEA Hatsune Miku – Chuo-cho Tactical Crafts Ver.” is a collaboration with the brand “Chuo-cho Tactical Crafts,” and it is based on an original illustration by the artist, Mago.

“PLAMATEA” is a line of articulated character plastic model kits from Good Smile Company.

The new design reimagines Hatsune Miku with a futuristic, sci-fi aesthetic.

The kit is a non-scale, articulated model that stands at an approximate height of 14.5 centimeters.

A key feature of the model is the inclusion of a large, mecha-like accessory, the “Armored Loudspeaker Unit – Hatsune Miku Model,” which is built to the same scale as the main figure.

The set also comes with a wide variety of interchangeable parts.

These include a selection of different expression parts, such as two that are pre-painted and two that can be customized with the included decals.

A separate face part with the “Armored Mask Unit – Hatsune Miku Model” attached is also included.

A full sheet of graphic decals is provided, which can be applied to the figure to faithfully recreate the original design.

The “PLAMATEA Hatsune Miku – Chuo-cho Tactical Crafts Ver.” is priced at ¥7,800 (approx. $53 USD/£39 GBP) and it is scheduled to be released in June of 2026.

Pre-orders are now open via the official Good Smile Company online store.
