Orders open for massive new model kit of Evangelion: 3.0+1.0’s AAA Wunder

Pre-orders have officially opened for a massive and intricate plastic model kit of the AAA Wunder, the flagship of the anti-NERV organization WILLE, as seen in Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time.
Produced by Max Factory under their PLAMAX brand, this adhesive-style assembly kit boasts an impressive scale, measuring approximately 50.0 centimeters in length and 40.6 centimeters in width.

The kit captures the complex design of the airship with immense detail, allowing builders to closely observe the white rib-like structures, complex piping, and the internal main engine.

It is designed with nine different molding colors, ensuring that a simple straight build results in a color scheme that closely matches the anime.

The model features movable main cannons and antennas, adding to its dynamic display options.

A dedicated display stand is included, offering two distinct posing choices: a standard “horizontal flight state” or a dramatic “L-barrier breakthrough state” featuring a deep roll angle.

For ease of transport and display management, the main wings and left and right fuselage sections are designed to be detachable even after assembly.

This release follows other recent Evangelion figure announcements, such as the die-cast “ROBO-DOU Evangelion Unit-04” by threezero and Bandai’s “30MP Shikinami Asuka Langley” model kit.

The “PLAMAX AAA Wunder” is priced at approximately 9,900 yen (approx. $66.00 USD / £52.00 GBP).

Pre-orders are currently available at major hobby retailers such as HobbyLink Japan, as well as the Good Smile Company Official Shop, which offers an exclusive “Etching Parts for Antenna Strut Detail Up” bonus.
The kit is scheduled to ship in August 2026.
